Orders are dispatched immediately after checking of payment and security verifications on availability of products ordered; at the same time an order confirmation will be sent via email.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
For us the customer always comes first. For this reason, you should be able to purchase your desired product with complete peace of mind.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product we send you, if you receive the wrong size or the wrong product by mistake, all you have to do is send it back to us.
The conditions (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 506/2005 and EU Directive 2001/83) for returning the purchased product are:
- - The product must be intact and unused.
- - The original tag must still be attached.
- - The request must be made within 14 days, with effect from the date on which you receive the product.
If the above conditions are satisfied, we can refund the cost of the product excepting possible shipping costs sustained.
The shipping cost for returns is at customer's charge; Fabi does not provide any shipping label.
To start a goods return procedure:

- - Go to the details of the selected order
- - Create a return request through the procedure.
We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm your return request.
You will be able to make the return within 14 days from our authorization
We cannot accept returned goods that do not meet the above criteria.
Our company policy allows maximum 1 returned goods request per order (on which several products can be listed).
